Below you will find a warranty and claims for for B2B partners. All claim requests must go through this form. We do what we can to perform repairs when possible; if not, we'll find a solution with replacement parts.

We require a dated proof of purchase to accept a claim under warranty. We encourage both end customer and retailer/distributor to provide this when submitting the claims form. A valid proof of purchase may include receipt, order confirmation, bank statement, or similar. Without a valid proof of purchase, we will charge what is necessary to repair or replace.
