It’s adventure time for the office team! This time, we went spelunking with our headlamps. After an hour’s drive, we started hiking toward a natural gem: Trollkyrka.

Trollkyrka (meaning "Troll Church") is a breathtaking natural formation in Norway, located near Elnesvågen in Fræna Municipality, Møre og Romsdal. It consists of a network of three stunning limestone caves connected by underwater canyons.

The caves are famous for their waterfalls and underground streams, with one of them featuring a waterfall that cascades into a serene pool, creating a truly magical, otherworldly atmosphere.

Besides being our colleague at Moonlight, Pontus is also a talented photographer. He took the opportunity to capture the extraordinary beauty of the place. It’s not every day you get to photograph such a unique natural wonder.

For this adventure, we used the 1300S headlamps and a few prototypes of lighter models. The 1300S offers the perfect lumens-to-weight ratio for shorter expeditions. All Moonlight products are IP67-certified, meaning they’re waterproof and can withstand submersion for up to 30 minutes—so we weren’t too concerned about the damp cave environment!
