Shipping policy

All headlamp orders over €399 have free shipping.
All Ski orders over €999 have free shipping. Otherwise, skis ship at a €50 flat rate.

We ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) worldwide except to USA and countries where DDP is regulatory unavailable (e.g. Andorra).

DDP means that import taxes and import duties are paid by us, so you don't need to pay anything extra. All orders are shipped with express shipping.

To USA and countries where DDP is unavailable, we ship DAP (Delivered At Place). This means that the customer will need to pay for and handle import taxes and tariffs themselves additionally to the order cost. The courier will invoice tariffs individually.

USA orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We have two warehouses located in Norway and Netherlands, and we will use either suitable shipping partner to ship your parcel.
Expect 2-5 working days* any time of the year.

*A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
